BLOODY MARY WITH PICKLED JALAPEÑOS & PICKLED OKRA
(Serves 4 / Prep Time 10 Minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Bramble’s Sliced Jalapeños
- 1 Jar of Bramble’s Pickled Okra
- 16 oz Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tsp. Bramble’s Sliced Jalapeños brine
- 1 Tsp. Bramble’s Pickled Okra brine
- 1 Tsp. olive juice
- 4-6 oz Vodka
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini
- Black pepper
- Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. honey (if you want to add a touch of sweetness to your cocktail)
- Skewers
Instructions:
1. Wet the rim of your glasses with honey or the BEST option: the brine of Bramble’s Pickled Jalapeños or Pickled Okra. Then dip the glass rims into a tablespoon of Tahini.
2. Fill glasses halfway with ice.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a separate pitcher or container, stir it up well, and then pour mixture into prepared glasses.
4. Stack Bramble’s Sliced Jalapeños and Bramble’s Pickled Okra on a skewer for the best pairing/garnish to your cocktail. You can also add in a celery stalk, a few shakes of black pepper and Tabasco for even more flavor!
